Anglian Architectural is a specialist façade, glazing and cladding contractor delivering high quality projects across the UK. With expertise spanning curtain walling, rainscreen cladding, windows, doors and building envelope solutions, the business has built a reputation for quality, reliability and technical excellence.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee key projects across Central London.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of day to day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.

​

You will act as the key point of contact on site, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders while maintaining programme, quality and health & safety requirements.

​

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day to day site operations on façade, glazing and cladding projects

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety legislation and company procedures

• Monitor progress against programme and report on site performance

• Carry out quality inspections and ensure works meet specification

• Liaise with clients, consultants, architects and project teams

• Manage labour, materials and deliveries effectively

• Resolve site issues and maintain project momentum

• Maintain accurate site records, reports and documentation

• Promote a positive culture of safety, quality and teamwork

 

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within façade, glazing, cladding or a related construction discipline

• Strong understanding of construction processes and site management

• SMSTS qualification

• CSCS Card

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors

• Strong organisational and problem solving abilities

• Experience interpreting construction drawings and specifications

• Full UK Driving Licence
