ABOUT DAVID LONERGAN
Before launching Framework Recruitment, David spent a decade at Cantifix, the undisputed leader in architectural glazing. During his tenure, including four years helping to build and strengthen internal teams, he worked on some of the UK’s most ambitious projects, from award-winning Grand Designs residences to commercial icons like Battersea Power Station.
It was there that David saw a clear gap: traditional recruiters simply didn’t understand the technical nuance, design intent, and craftsmanship driving the industry’s best work. That realisation became the foundation for Framework Recruitment, a specialist firm built on authentic sector insight, values-driven service, and a commitment to excellence.
Today, David partners with leading firms and exceptional talent to help shape the future of the glazing and façade sector. He is also a founding member of the Institute of Architectural Glazing (IAG), a pioneering initiative established with industry leaders to create a direct pathway from higher education into the profession, strengthening the industry’s future talent pipeline.
