Before launching Framework Recruitment, David spent a decade at Cantifix, the undisputed leader in architectural glazing. During his tenure, including four years helping to build and strengthen internal teams, he worked on some of the UK’s most ambitious projects, from award-winning Grand Designs residences to commercial icons like Battersea Power Station.
It was there that David saw a clear gap: traditional recruiters simply didn’t understand the technical nuance, design intent, and craftsmanship driving the industry’s best work.
