This is a role for someone who enjoys creating structure, accountability and consistency across a busy installation operation.

My client has been delivering high performance glazing solutions across Kent and the South East for more than 30 years. Their projects range from aluminium windows and doors through to curtain walling, glass balustrades, walk on glass and architectural roof systems across both residential and commercial sectors. They work with respected brands including Schüco, Origin, Smart, Cortizo and Velfac.

 

Leadership

The business has grown significantly and now needs someone who can take ownership of the day to day installation operation. This is not a maintenance role. It is an opportunity to build a reliable and self sufficient function that the wider business can depend on.

 

Environment

You will be field based across Kent and the South East, working closely with installation teams, subcontractors, builders and contractors. The business takes pride in the quality of its work and is looking for someone who can maintain standards while improving organisation and delivery.

 

The Opportunity

• Taking ownership of the installation programme across residential and commercial projectsManaging employed installation teams and subcontractors

• Carrying out pre build site surveys

• Managing logistics, scheduling and revisit activity

• Owning health and safety compliance

• Acting as the escalation point for site issues

• Building a structured operation that does not rely on reactive firefighting

 

You will need:

• Proven experience managing glazing or fenestration installations

• Strong understanding of aluminium systems, curtain walling, sealing and installation best practice

• Experience coordinating multiple live projectsCSCS cardSMSTS or SSSTS

• Full UK driving licence

• Experience with Origin, Schüco, Smart systems, curtain walling or architectural glazing products would be highly beneficial

 

Package

£45k to £50k dependent on experience

Company vehicle or vehicle allowance
