𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆

• Manage the aged debt ledger across contractor accountsIssue payment applications and payment notices

• Monitor outstanding debt and secure payment through proactive communication

• Resolve payment disputes alongside commercial and project teams

• Prepare aged debt reports and support cash flow forecasting

• Track retentions and support month end finance processesPrevious credit control experience is essential

• Construction, subcontractor or project based finance experience would be highly advantageous

• Strong communication and relationship building skills are important

• Experience with payment applications, retentions and contractual payment cycles would be beneficial
